Why be a Basic Bitch? Celebrate Being a BASSIC BITCH!

Forget the lead singer drama, and the cock-rockers, the bass is where the power lies in any band.  This poster is a shout-out to those legendary women who played bass, and loved to groove.

Bassic Bitch is a bold, bass-thumping celebration of the legendary female bassists who have rocked the stage, broken barriers, and proved that the foundation of any great band rests in the hands of a badass woman with four strings and zero tolerance for lead singer nonsense.

LEGENDARY BASSISTS
Where would Talking Heads & Tom Tom Club be without Tina Weymouth laying down effortlessly cool, funk-infused rhythms? Then there’s the awesome Kim Deal (Pixies, The Breeders) serving up raw, garage-rock grit.

The bass isn’t just an instrument, it’s the pulse, the power, the unshakable force that keeps the music alive. And these women? They didn’t just play it. They turned it into a revolution.

So if you think “Bassic Bitch” is an insult, think again. It’s a battle cry.

Paper is sourced from FSC-certified or equivalent sources for sustainability so we’ re told but honestly, it could be dragged out of a skip on a trading estate in Birmingham for all we really know, we just gotta trust our printer when they tell us that. We’d ask for a certificate or a photo of the trees or something but we’re only going to do that if we have to and right now it’s tea and biccies time and that take priority.

OK, Any issues let us know.
